[SCANNER SUGGESTIONS?]Hey long time no post!
But save the greetings for later I have an emergency help request!
I
NEED
A SCANNER.
I lived my artist life without one for a while after my old one broke into pieces, (no I didn't drop it nor threw it out of the window. I have no idea how it happen... wait I think I knew it one point I just forgot) so I thought I could live without it for a good while... but it takes WAY too long to draw comics digitally for me. I draw faster on paper when it comes to sketches, and I guess it'll be real interesting if I could put some cool ink and brush textures. So anyway I need to have a good flatbed scanner for my future works... but since I've been kinda ignoring it's existence I'm not too informed with it.
SO I HAVE A QUESTION!
Which brand works the best?
What model seems the best?
Good quality but good prices?
Where can I go find good scanners? Best Buy? Office Max?
ANY information is welcome! Thank you VERY much in advance!

[HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT MY ART?]I'm taking this moment to thank EVERYONE that answered to this interview? survey? thing. I'll reply to every one of your comments on the previous journal asap, and I'm planning on incorporating all of your thoughts to improve my art skill.
Again, thank you ALL of you who have been helpful.
Also to those who haven't answered yet, if you have some spare time please do so.
Stolen from

I've given my points on how I view my art couple times on DA, and I thought listening to what other people had to say on that would be interesting.
Please take a moment to answer these questions! Much appreciation to you all!!!

1.) What do you like about my art? What, specifically, do you think are my strengths/what drew you to +watch me?
2.) If you had to pick only one thing, what do you think I do best, artwise?
3.) If you had to pick only one thing [or 20?], what do you think I could do better, artwise?
4.) What does a picture need in order for you to comment on it or favourite it?
5.) Why did you join DeviantART?
6.) How old are you?
[Circle of Improving Artists]PLEASE SEND ME A NOTE OR COMMENT ME TO JOIN THE LIST! * Those that seek
REAL critiques, note me or comment on this journal and I will include you in a list. A list of deviants who I will promise to try and critique their works as much as my art knowledge is able to, in return, I request being critiqued by them as seriously as I will to them.
* Comments are to be
more than a sentence long, and fully explain the strong points and could-be-improved points on the certain piece of work.
*
NO FLAMMING! We should only "suggest" things to the artists. Accept and appreciate that we all have different thoughts and feelings.
* Have fun, and hope we help each other to become better artists!!!

It was just a fascinating piece, right up my alley and the details and skills! I seriously couldn't tell it was a collaborative effort at first because the atmosphere worked so well. Can't wait to see more of your works!
