Hello there everyone! Hope you're doing well.
As you can see I pretty much said, "fuck that shit" on updating once a month. My lack of linguistic skills is disastrous folks! My words do not entertain your charming minds! Besides on most months it'll be the same thing on repeat; been practicing. Been working on my WIPs. Been working. It's my liiiiiiiiiiiife (in Bon Jovi's voice).

I feel TERRIBLE neglecting my front page! My message box is the only on DA that I have bookmarked, and I hardly check even THAT too, so all my birthday messages got drowned in other comments and conversations, and I totally got distracted from replying to all my kind and warm gifts of love. I'll be doing a mass reply-fest soon but for now I shall say...

Also, trust me when I say I have an attention span and the memory capacity of a baby gold fish. I have 400+ WIPs (the oldest one I found was from 2009. I am THAT bad at being distracted) so neglecting your messages =/= I take it lightly. I ju... oooooh a moth O_O off to wiki to find out what kind it was!

[DENGEKI ILLUSTRATION CONTEST]
I just entered  the Dengeki Bunko Illustration Competition over in Japanland on April 10th. Yes, it was the illustration contest I mentioned in the previous journal. However, because I read some of the directions wrong, I ended up fixing/drawing new ones RIGHT before the deadline. Throw in competition anxiety in the equation and I think I just BARELY made it in! I got a confirmation e-mail, so I'm crossing my fingers. 2 colored illustrations and 3 B&W. 1 color, 2 B&W original and others were based off of one of their published works, which I picked Kino's Journey (SO much LOVE).  

Unfortunately, I can't post any of my artworks until I know I failed, so I have to wait until end of August for that. Looking back at them, I could've done a better job at color choices, shading, etc. etc. so it was more of a learning experience than anything else. Also recently I re-discovered my childhood and my endless love for science fiction! I thought I was over my cyberpunk phase but I sure as hell didn't! Now I look back, I went into sci-fi and advanced sci-fi classes during high school; bunch of my older stories takes place in the near-to-far future with some kind of technology advancement, and hell! Hidden in Ice was completely sci-fi! Admit it self, you. are. obsessed. I don't know why this flame of passion almost died but POOF it's been burnin' baby!

[FORECAST]
I'm currently in the scripting phase for at LEAST 3 one shots and dozens of other mini comics. If I only worked on those I'd probably post a lot more but I DO draw realistic paintings off of photo references... which I refuse to post it on the internet. I'm too lazy to search out who I should properly credit since I have no idea where and how I got the photos, but I'll be feeling way too guilty to post it without it. My friends will find them and I'll let them decide to show the world once I'm deceased.

Not to mention the memes, and 400+ illustration WIPs, and the countless ideas I WANT to draw out , and saving all the poor neglected inboxes of mine... yeahhhh I won't be resting anytime soon P:

That's about it so far! Still working slowly and diligently while suffering through all the dilemmas and worries every artist goes through. I'm the ultimate average Joe, yo!
